2021, Senior product design of Shopping experience Kiwi.com,

Kiwi is a virtual global supercarrier selling all tickets to any kind of transportation, that helps you get from A to B anywhere on the planet.

- I was responsible for design improvement in the booking flow, which highly impacted the conversion rate

- I was part of a large Design team (around 40 members) - including Researches, Content Designers, Brand designers, Service Designers, UX copywriters..

-- We worked with the company’s KPI and always set up metrics to evaluate our designs (conversion rate, click rate..)

- during the covid, we experienced a dramatic drop in flights booking
- we had to deal with the uncertainty of flight schedules (when flights were often canceled)
- optimizing booking flow in native mobile apps and website
